Special Kids Craft Flair

Its indeed an exciting story to share a world of creativity and fun with special kids today; to mark the WORLD DAY CELEBRATION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

The theme for this year is “Transformation through sustainable and Resilient Society for all”..

Believing that the transformation we envisage is possible through a conscious effort to become part of the factors that stimulates or facilitate a Sustainable and Resilient Society.

By investing our resources, time and energy, by changing attitudinally, considering the technical capacity and ability of a Person with Disability to deliver on a job and by perceiving Persons with Disabilities(PWDs) to be assets rather than liabilities.

Oweing to the fact that they need special care and attention, we can ensure a resilient society that enables PWDs to thrive when we consciously work towards helping them discover and live out their purpose of existence.

We advocate for Support systems, enabling environment, friendliness, trust and care as the major things that PWDs need and deserve.

Perl D’Afriq Concepts in collaboration with Centre for Employment of Persons with Disabilities presents to you the

How ‘Dress styling’ adventure turned Otti Ojofeitimi to a sorted-after Global Brand….Unboarding CLUED-UP fashion Academy

Meet our celebrity Artisan of the week Otti Ojofeitimi, CEO of Ottimerz..

Gaining mastery of the art and business of fashion for 13years has positioned Ottimerz as a reliable and competitive global brand.

The craving for excellence and proffessionalism led Ms Otti to learning bag making in Orlando Texas. She also had a dress making course with the Ragent school London. In addition to 3 major other fashion trainings she had in Nigeria with different designers.
The discipline for Learning, Resilience, good multi-cultural communication and relation, high level of ethical conduct and customer-centric approach towards ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction has been a major strength for Ms Otti’s business.

Most fascinating is her approach to regularly apply creativity and style in her services; exploring complementing services with her dress  making service.

As part of her wardrobe/outlook consulting service, she also makes beautiful accessories and other fascinators to ensure a complementing outlook of her clients.

Through both beautiful and tough hurdles, she is scaling through the quest to achieve her organizational vision which is to see her product in stores all over the world and her label and brand becoming a household name.

Here is a brief  on how she started,

‘I was motivated to go into dress making and designing at the age of 10 when I go shopping with my parents and siblings everyone would have found what to buy but I never did they will ask a lady close to my home to make my dress yet I was never satisfy with the finishing most of the time I will have to stay with the tailors to tell them what to do otherwise I won’t wear the clothes. So i told myself I just have to learn this and when my mum saw the passion in me she sent me to a lady close to my house to learn during a long vacation but after the first day,i never went back cause I felt she didn’t have a hat I was looking for…….’ The passion  birthed travel opportunities for learning and….

Ever since, Ottimerz has grown to not just offer services, but skills and capacity to both adults and kids through training and mentoring

Most excitingly,

By 2018, The Ottimerz fashion house will launch her Fashion Academy called CLUED-UP ACADEMY.
